Hi, my name is Matt Kantor, a coach, leader, entrepreneur, dad and musician from Canada.
Today I’m running a company that helps remove the pain of growing a business and getting the company you've always wanted.
Things weren't always ideal. I got into trouble a lot when I was a kid. Police Trouble. got kicked out of high school.
After the death of my mom, I pulled it together and went to University - to study Math and Physics.
After working in consulting helping businesses streamline and go faster I took some time off to work in Michelin Starred Restaurants.
No matter what we did, we couldn’t identify our biggest opportunity to grow bigger.
While our delivery was good and we got repeat clients, the rest of it was a mess.
Sales was disorganized. We were fumbling around in the dark. Every project was different, we had a hard time simplifying and weren't always sure which way to go next.
We were throwing time and ideas at the wall to see if anything would stick. Nothing did.
But we would grind and grind… and I had nobody to turn to for the critical advice every business owner needs to know about.
